Before we start with the coaching trajectory, I'll assess your current strength, mobility and technique. This allows me to pinpoint where you are right now and what your training program should consist of to help you progress safely and effectively.

Receive Your Custom Program - Structured & Personalized

You'll get a fully customized training plan designed to fit your goals, schedule, and available equipment. Additionally, you will receive nutrition guides that will help you perform and recover as optimally as possible.

Check-ins & Form Review - Stay on Track & Keep Improving

Weekly check-ins to track progress and adjust your plan where necessary. You’ll also get direct feedback on your exercise technique to maximize results and prevent injuries.

  • Who is this coaching for?
    This coaching is designed for beginners and intermediate athletes looking to build strength, master bodyweight training, and improve mobility. Whether you want to get your first pull-up, unlock a handstand, or just train more effectively, this program is for you!
  • What equipment do I need?
    You can start with just your body weight, but having access to a pull-up bar, resistance bands, and gymnastic rings can help expand your training options. If you’re training at home, I’ll tailor your plan to match your setup.
  • How does the check-in process work?
    In the first month, we’ll have weekly check-ins to track progress, adjust your program, and ensure you’re on the right path. After that, we move to bi-weekly check-ins, but if you prefer to continue with weekly check-ins for extra accountability, that’s absolutely possible! Just let me know what works best for you.
  • How much time will I need to train?
    Your program is built around your schedule, but most clients train 2 - 4 times per week, with sessions ranging from 45-75 minutes. I’ll make sure it fits your lifestyle while still delivering results.
